2. Description of Service
JavaFormatter is a free online Java code formatter. You submit Java source code, and the Service returns properly formatted code with consistent indentation and whitespace. Formatting is performed server-side using a Java parser.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not submit malicious code, attempt to exploit the formatter, or use automated scripts to send excessive requests. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
4. Intellectual Property
The JavaFormatter name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. You retain all ownership of the Java code you submit. We claim no rights over your source code.
5. User Content
Java code submitted to the formatter is processed transiently for formatting purposes only. We do not store, retain, review, or claim ownership of submitted code. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any code you provide.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
JavaFormatter is currently a free service. We do not charge fees or process payments. If paid features are introduced in the future, pricing and refund terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accurate formatting, we do not guarantee that formatted output will be error-free or match any particular style guide. Always review formatted code before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JavaFormatter and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues caused by formatted code output.
